Each concept note defines a single term, marks what it is not, states the range of work it is stable enough to carry, and links to the pieces that use it.
Two distinct lines run through the concept vocabulary:
- Parameter governance — technical regulation of adaptive behaviour (gain, inertia, jitter).
- Agency governance — institutional and epistemic constraints on machine agency under uncertainty.
The English word “governance” is not used without one of these senses named.
